Amber Alert Canceled For McIntosh Co.18-Month-Old Girl

McIntosh County Sheriff's Office has issued an amber alert for an 18-month-old female, last seen with her father who had been released from a mental facility.

MCINTOSH COUNTY, Okla. -

The McIntosh County sheriffs office says a small child who went missing Tuesday night has been found safe.

Authorities said 18-month-old Theresa Enochs was found safe but it is not clear where she was found.

The McIntosh County sheriffs office said she was taken by her father, 33-year-old John Enochs, who was just released from a mental facility in Arkansas, after he picked up Teresa from her grandparents house.

According to police there was concern because he does not have custody of the child and has a story of suicidal and homicidal threats. He also was believed to have a handgun with him.
