Crews Respond To 2 Injury Accidents On WB I-44 North Of Chickasha

Emergency crews responded to two injury accidents Tuesday on Interstate 44 westbound near mile marker 89 north of Chickasha.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said an ambulance was involved in a second accident on the H.E. Baily Turnpike while trying to respond to the first crash.

We're told victims involved were taken to a local hospital. The extent of their injuries are unknown.

At this time, eastbound and westbound lanes of the turnpike are currently closed.
