Woman Found Dead At SW OKC Apartment

Police are investigating a homicide after finding a woman dead, Thursday morning at a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex.

According to authorities, officers responded to a shooting call at the Airmen's Apartments near Southwest 59th Street and South May Avenue. When officers arrived, the found the woman's body

The victim has not been identified and no suspect information has been released.

Police said a few minutes after responding to this shooting call they got a second call about a shooting a couple of blocks away.

"Within minutes of that call coming out, another 911 call came in regarding additional shots fired in the 2600 Block of Southwest 61st. The call stated that a male victim possible had a gunshot wound to the leg," said

Police are investigating if the two shootings are related.
