'You Got Me': McLoud Man Admits Sending Child Porn To Strangers, Court Documents Reveal

We are learning more details about a McLoud man who police said admitted to sending child pornography to at least 50 random strangers. 

Warren Bowman faces more than a thousand years in prison after he admitted to sending child pornography to random phone numbers, including that of a 6-year-old boy, according to court documents. 

“It was my 6-year-old’s phone. I mean, I don’t know what would have happened if he would open that and I hadn’t been there,” said Britni Robertson.

Robertson will never forget the video that was sent to her son’s phone.

Bowman admitted to Shawnee police that he sent child pornography involving children two to 10 years old to random phone numbers throughout the 405-area code. 

In one case, according to court documents, he sent a woman 21-pictures and the message, “Do you like that? I am going to bed so tell me if you want more. Are you going to send pictures?”

In Robertson’s case, she called him and confronted him after her son received the pictures.

“I used some vulgar language with the guy. I said why the F are you sending these nasty videos and pics to my son’s phone?” asked Robertson.

She said she went to Shawnee police to report it, and while she was there, she received another text from Bowman’s number containing child porn.

“Like, what am I watching? I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life. Like I couldn’t process it,” Robertson recalled. “I’ve never seen anything like that before in my life.”

Police arrested Bowman, and according to court documents, he admitted to the crime saying, “You got me.” 

“He admitted that he had hundreds of illegal pictures on the phone. He admitted that he sent child pornography photographs to approximately 50 people or more.”

“He explained he just wanted to see what kind of reaction he could get from people.”

Robertson said Bowman should spend the rest of his life behind bars.

“I just, I don’t want this guy out, you know?” she said.
