Man Accused Of Shooting, Killing Parents Waives Right To Jury Trial

The man accused of shooting and killing his parents, Joseph and Beverly Spence in March, waived his right to a jury trial in court Thursday morning.

The man accused of shooting and killing his parents, Joseph and Beverly Spence in March, waived his right to a jury trial in court Thursday morning.

The judge said he is giving the public defender time to go over plea paperwork with Bryan Spence, and Spence will be due back in court on November 10th.

The family and state said they are expecting a plea on November 10.

Spence is accused of killing his parents, then staging it to look like a break in and leaving the gas on the try to blow up the house.

Family and church friends of Joseph and Beverly were in court Thursday morning.

Joseph and Beverly were very well known and loved in their community.
