State Officials Held Online Census Event

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce held a social media event on Wednesday to encourage people to fill out the census.

Governor Kevin Stitt and Oklahoma Senator James Lankford were some who participated in the "Census Twitter chat."

Everyone's message was the same, fill out the census.

It's easy, quick, and the state will lose out on federal money for even a slight undercount.

The census deadline is September 30th, 2020.
