PB Banana Smoothie

  1. 1 cup frozen sliced bananas
  2. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  4. 1/2 cup + almond milk or milk
  5. 1 scoop protein powder


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Add more milk as needed till it reaches the consistency you like!
  3. Makes 2 smoothies.
