Sausage Roll Ups

1. 6 sausage links, precooked
2. Sliced white bread, crusts removed
3. 3 eggs
4. 1/2 cup milk
5. 1 teaspoon sugar
6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
7. Melted butter

1. On a cutting board with a rolling pin, flatten each piece of crust less bread.
2. Wrap one flatten bread around the sausage link and press to seal the edges.
3. In a pie pan, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
4. Dip each of the wrapped bundles in the custard mixture until completely coated.
5. Heat a skillet to medium high heat and brush the pan with melted butter.
6. Cook each of the roll ups until golden brown.
7. Serve with fresh berries and syrup!
