Michael Hilborn, 56, has been arrested for lewd or lascivious acts to a minor.
Hilborn is a former gas station clerk, and the crime allegedly happened at the Sinclair station off Interstate 40 and McLoud Road last week.
The victim's family has come forward to share their story but asked that their identity remain hidden.
A mother said when she and her daughter, and another young girl entered the store after a day at the lake Hilborn asked if they were going dancing.
The mother brushed off the comment but asked the girls to stay close.
When it came time to check out, she said Hilborn made a series of vulgar comments.
"Started saying, 'Can you get pregnant', and stated rolling his hips and thrusting it in the air towards me and the girls," the teenager's mother said.
Soon officers came to the scene, and within hours they discovered Hilborn is a registered sex offender.
Records confirm he is connected to a 2005 court case in Washington.
Hilborn was convicted of four counts of 3rd degree rape of a 14-year-old girl.
The alleged teenager said she has trouble sleeping and wakes up screaming, afraid Hilborn will find her.
Her identity has also been concealed.
"He deserves to be put away for as long as he can," the teenager said. "I just want to be safe and know everything is going to be fine."
The family said they are coming forward to protect others.
"I am just happy that my daughter was with me when it happened and that I could do what I needed to do to protect her," said the teens mom.
We reached out to the gas station. They have not commented.
Police confirmed Hilborn has been fired.
