The four-year restoration of a 108-year-old house at NW 38th and Classen Boulevard is complete.

Bradford House is a boutique hotel featuring eccentric style and a vintage vibe.

The owners, Jason and Sara Kate Little, got inspiration for the project from visiting boutique hotels in more than a dozen countries.

“The hope was always that it could be anywhere in the world, that you were transported to somewhere else,” said Sara Kate Little.

The couple and their children actually got stuck in Paris when the travel ban was announced by the president.

The pandemic put the project on hold until now.

The 12 rooms inside the historic house, along with the bar, the bakery and restaurant have been accommodating guests for the past week.

“In the first four days, we sold over 1,200 units from the pastry shop,” said Jason Little, who admits he wasn’t sure if they’d sell a dozen croissants in a day.

The restaurant is now by reservation only, but people can still stop by to grab a coffee and pastry.

Bradford House will have 24 courtyard hotel rooms come online around Labor Day.
