Tulsa Man Arrested After Police Say He Struck An Officer

Tulsa Police say a man is in custody after he was seen wearing a robe and exposing himself to people.

Officers say they found Derrick Cunningham standing on a street corner near 41st and Harvard and tried to talk with him but were not successful. Tulsa Police say Cunningham then hit one of the officers in the face. Cunningham was arrested on complaints of assault and battery was booked into Tulsa County Jail.
