Two people were injured early Wednesday in a shooting at a southwest Oklahoma City gas station.
Police were called about 3:30 a.m. to a 7-Eleven near SW 119th Street and Western Avenue after a worker said they heard a gunshot outside the convenience store where five teens were standing.
When officers arrived, they found two people had been injured.
Both people were hit by the same bullet. The bullet hit the first person in the torso before passing through and hitting the second person in the arm, police said.
One person was treated and released from the hospital. The other person is still in the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injures, police said.
Officers said one suspect is on the run. Investigators are not sure if the shooting was purposeful or an accident.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 405-235-7300.
