Edmond Woman Drowns At Keystone Lake

Authorities said an Edmond woman drowned at Keystone Dam on Friday afternoon.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said 30-year-old Lindsey Thomas was swimming around the north bank area of Keystone Dam. Thomas then jumped off the rocks, went underwater and did not resurface.

A friend of Thomas recovered her body just before 4 p.m. in approximately four feet of water.

EMSA declared Thomas dead just after 4:45 p.m.
