Three people were arrested Wednesday after they allegedly led police on a chase that ended in a crash at Southeast 29th Street and Shields Boulevard in Oklahoma City.

Four people were injured in the crash that started, police said, when the suspects allegedly started shooting out windows while driving through the city. Police were called at about 2:30 p.m. after a report of 'shots fired' near an area fast-food restaurant. A short time later, the suspects' vehicle, which had been reported stolen, was spotted in the area of Southwest 44th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.

And that prompted the pursuit, police said.

"We received multiple calls all around the city, starting in northwest and northeast Oklahoma City of a vehicle being driven by unknown suspects, at the time, shooting out of the vehicle and into businesses and other vehicles and houses," said Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Jennifer Titus.

Among those injured in the incident was a pregnant woman, police said.
