1 Taken To Hospital Following Shooting In Downtown OKC

One person was taken to the hospital after a shooting, Saturday evening in downtown Oklahoma City, Police said.

According to authorities, the shooting happened just before 9 p.m. near Reno Avenue and Mickey Mantel Drive.

After a fight between two parties was broken up by police, officers said a male turned around and started firing shots.

A male victim was taken to a local hospital with a gunshot wound in the leg.

Police are looking for a large group of people that ran eastbound from the scene shortly after the shooting happened.

There is currently no suspect description.
