1 Dead After Shooting In NW OKC

One person is dead after a shooting, Sunday evening in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to authorities, around 5:15 p.m. officer responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call near North May Avenue and Northwest 122nd Street. Upon arrival, officers located a shooting victim, identified as 30-year-old Jason Harmon.

Harmon was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Police said investigators learned that an altercation occurred between Harmon and two other people. At some point during the altercation Harmon was shot.
