Victim Hospitalized After Being Shot In The Back; OKC Police Investigating

Oklahoma City police are investigating after someone was shot outside a dispensary near the intersection of West Hefner Road and North Western Avenue.

According to police, the male victim was walking to his car when he was shot once in the back. The victim managed to get into his vehicle and drive to the area of Northwest 122nd Street and North May Avenue where he called 911.

The victim was transported to a hospital but police have not been able to confirm his condition. They said he was awake and alert while he was transported.

No suspect information has been made available by police.
