92-Year-Old Killed In Tahlequah Collision, OHP Reports

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a fatal collision on South Welling Road, 5 miles east of Tahlequah.

The passenger of the single vehicle involved was pronounced dead at the scene due to head and trunk external injuries. Patti Hall was a 92-year-old female from Welling, Oklahoma. The driver of the 2005 Dodge Pickup was not injured in the collision.

The roadways were wet at the time of the accident, but OHP is still investigating the cause of the accident.
