As people continue to wait in lines for hours for help filing for unemployment, the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission will hold two in-person events in Tulsa next week.

These events will be set up July 15 and July 16 at River Spirit Expo Center from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for unemployed people struggling to get their claims processed.

Officials said they have a goal of helping 400 people each day, and they will be implementing social distancing guidelines for everyone.

Officials are asking people to wait until 6 a.m. to begin lining up.
