TFD: House Considered Total Loss After Fire, Nobody Harmed

Tulsa Fire is investigating the cause of an early morning house fire near Pine and MLK Boulevard.

Firefighters said the home is a total loss and said the fire even damaged some homes nearby.

Firefighters said when they got to the scene, the fire was fully involved and even spread to a nearby house.

A woman was inside that home, but firefighters said they were able to help her and several dogs get out safely.

Currently, firefighters believe the fire may have been started by squatters staying inside the home even though it was boarded up.

They said if you see anything suspicious, don't be afraid to call someone to check it out before someone else gets hurt.
