While Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt says he won't make masks mandatory on a state level some Oklahoma cities are scheduled to vote on whether to make them mandatory on a local level.

The City of Norman is meeting Tuesday night at 6 p.m. to discuss whether to make masks mandatory. If approved the new ordinance would require a face mask inside businesses that serve people and other public settings where physical distancing is difficult.

The City of Stillwater held their mask meeting Monday night and made a motion for the second reading of a mask mandate at another time. No word yet on when that will happen.
