OKCPS To Decide If Students Will Be Required To Wear Masks In Back To School Plan

We should know Monday night whether Oklahoma City Public School students will be required to wear a mask when school begins in the fall.

OKCPS superintendent has been considering options since the pandemic started and is expected to make its recommendation during the school board meeting Monday.

“We’ve looked and talked about a lot of models and none of them are great and every one of them is going to cause a level of alarm,” said Dr. McDaniel to News 9 back on May 21.

The School Board meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.
