Easy Cream Cheese Icing

1. 8 oz. cold cream cheese
2. 5 Tbsp. softened butter
3. 2 tsp. vanilla.
4. 3 c. powdered sugar (or to taste)

1. Beat cold cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together until well blended.
2. Slowly add powdered sugar, adding more depending on the thickness of frosting you want.
3. Enjoy!

To Decorate:

1. Pipe on the frosting to the top of the muffin.
2. Set berries on top.
3. Sprinkle with Pop Rocks and Sparklers for the 4th of July!
