Four More COVID-19 Cases Confirmed At Tinker AFB; Total Up To 55

Tinker Air Force Base confirmed four more cases of COVID-19 on Friday morning. The base has reported 11 new cases of the virus since Monday.

Tinker Air Force Base confirmed four more cases of COVID-19 on Friday morning. The base has reported 11 new cases of the virus since Monday.

The total number of cases reported has risen to 55 at Tinker.

According to the base, the latest confirmed COVID-19 cases include two civilian members who work in the 76th Propulsion Maintenance Group and 76th Maintenance Support Group. The other two cases are from a member of the 507th Maintenance Squadron and a Defense Logistics Agency Civilian.

The base reported just 10 new positive cases between April 22 and May 27. However, 22 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported at Tinker Air Force Base since June 4.

Tinker Air Force Base reported its first case of COVID-19 on March 25.
