Garth Brooks To Perform One-Night-Only Concert Later This Month

Country music legend and Oklahoma native Garth Brooks announced Thursday morning that he will participate in a unique concert experience later this month.

Brooks will perform in a one-night-only concert June 27 that will broadcast at more than 300 drive-in theaters in North America, according to event organizer Encore Live.

Tickets will go on sale at 11 a.m. central time on June 19 and cost patrons $100 per car or truck in attendance.

Encore Live said Thursday afternoon all drive-in theaters that plan to show the concert in Oklahoma and across the continent "will begin to be announced on June 15."
