Instant Pudding Mix

Instant Pudding Mix

1. 1/2 cup Special Dark Cocoa
2. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
3. 2 cups powdered sugar
4. 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
5. 1/2 cup cornstarch
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container till you are ready to use. 

To make pudding:

1. 4 cups whole milk
2. 1 3/4 cup pudding mix
3. 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. In a medium size sauce pan, heat the milk over medium high heat and whisk in the putting mix.
2. Continue to stir until the pudding begins to boil.
3. Stir in the vanilla.
4. Pour the hot pudding into individual ramekins.
5. Cover the pudding with plastic wrap to avoid a skin covering the pudding.
6. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
