Cobb Pasta Salad

Cobb Pasta Salad- 1 pound pasta, cooked al dente & cooled
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- 6 pieces crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup Muenster cheese, cubed
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 3 cups, shredded green leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- Pepper
- In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, onion salt, pepper and dill till smooth.
- Place all of the vegetables, chicken & bacon and pasta in a large serving bowl.
- For a pretty presentation: arrange in rows the vegetables, chicken, bacon, and cheese on top of the pasta for a pretty presentation.
- When you are ready to serve toss all of this together with the dressing until coated.
- Stir in the lettuce or serve it on a bed of the shredded lettuce.
