Firefighters Battling House Fire In Northwest OKC

Oklahoma City firefighters responded to the scene of a house fire just after noon Thursday.

The house is located on the 2800 block of Northwest 17th Street.

Authorities said a female victim was removed from the structure and was being worked on by medical personnel onsite. She was transported to a local hospital in serious condition.

A second female victim, the first victim's daughter, was rescued from the home. She was also worked on by medical personnel.

The condition of the second victim is not known at this time.
