The heat and humidity continue to crank up Wednesday.
South winds will continue to pump Gulf moisture up over Oklahoma.
Wednesday look for highs in the 80s and 90s. A few locations in the northwest will approach 100 degrees. Heat index values will range from 100 to 103 across the state.
In the afternoon isolated thunderstorms will be possible. Most will stay dry, but any storm that forms could be pulse severe. Winds up to 65 mph and up to golf ball size hail will be possible.
As we loose the heating this evening storms will go away.
There may be additional storms in the northeast Thursday morning.
