One person is dead after an incident Thursday morning in southwest Oklahoma City.
According to authorities, a person on a bike flagged down an officer and said there was someone hurt near SW 17th Street and South Robinson Avenue.
Police said they found a man with a wound to his head. Officers initially reported it as a gunshot wound but are now investigating if it was a head injury from a fall.
“They’ve interviewed people at the scene. We’re trying to determine if somebody did this, (and) what the suspect information might be that could lead us to that person,” Oklahoma City police Master Sgt. Gary Knight said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he died Thursday afternoon.
No arrests have been made.
This is a developing story.
