Emergency crews are responding to a crash Thursday near Lake Hefner in northwest Oklahoma City.

Authorities said two vehicles collided head-on at West Hefner Road and North Meridian Avenue.

Lake Hefner from Portland to Meridian is shutdown at this time.

We're told there are multiple patients and multiple injuries.
