The OU students who are a part of the Black Emergency Response Team, or BERT, began Thursday as Day 2 of the group's protests in response to two OU professors using a racial slur during class continued.
BERT's official Twitter account tweeted Thursday morning, "Day 2. Still here."
The tweet was accompanied by photos of university statues with red banners that read: #HARPERHASTOGO.
