Outraged Mother Claims OKC Animal Services Neglected Her Dog

An Oklahoma City mom is outraged at how Animal Welfare treated her dog.

Duke was in the care of Oklahoma City Animal Services for almost three months while Rebecca Horsley sorted out a dangerous animal complaint that was eventually ruled to be unfounded. She says her family pet went in healthy but is now just skin and bones.

"If you came to my house to pick up my dog as he is I would be arrested. But I come to pick him up as he is, it's okay," said Hoseley.

The head of OKC Animal Welfare, Jon Gary, is aware of the situation. He says he has spoken with Rebecca and he's looking into the issue and their procedures.
