Highs In The 70's Tuesday; Potential Severe Storms Wednesday

Cold conditions to start the day Tuesday with wind chills in the 20s and 30s.

Winds will be much calmer than Monday. Look for a northeast wind changing to the southeast. Clouds will move in making for a partly cloudy afternoon and evening. Highs Tuesday will climb into the 60s and 70s.

Thunderstorms are expected to develop in Kansas, Tuesday night. These storms will move into northern and northeast OK early Wednesday morning. Along the line, a few storms may be strong to severe. The threats will be damaging wind gusts to 70 mph and hail up to the size of quarters.
