Storms are expected Monday as a cold front approaches.

Strong storm approaching from the southwest will ramp up rain chances through the day Monday.

Highs Monday will be in the 50s and 60s. We will see higher temperatures around midday. Temperatures will fall as rain moves in.

There is a window for a few elevated storms Monday afternoon into the evening. The severe storm threat will mainly be in western and southwest Oklahoma, where instability will be higher.

We will monitor this treat closely, but as of now, the threat is low. Large hail and damaging winds would be the main concern.

Tain will continue through the nigh and taper off by Tuesday morning.
