Fresh Fruit Salsa

  1. 2 cups strawberries, diced
  2. 1 cup grapes, chopped
  3. 2 kiwi, peeled & diced
  4. 2 oranges, chopped
  5. 2-3 mint leaves, chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon honey

  1. Add the chopped fruit to a medium sized bowl.
  2. Drizzle with honey and toss together.
  3. Stir in the fresh mint.
  4. Chill salsa till you are ready to serve.
  5. Serve with homemade cinnamon tortilla chips.

**Feel free to use whatever fresh fruit you have on hand. Great way to use fruit before they expire!
