A cool clear start to the day!
Wednesday afternoon we will see partly cloudy skies and highs in the 70s and 80s. Winds will be light out of the southeast.
Storms are expected to develop along a dryline in the Texas panhandle in the afternoon. Late in the evening, those will make a run at western Oklahoma.
There will be a chance for a few cells to be severe in the southwest. Quarter size hail and 65 mph winds will be possible.
Overnight additional storms are possible along and south of Interstate 40, but the severe threat will be very low.
Thursday additional severe storms will be possible in western Oklahoma.
The severe threat goes up for the Oklahoma City Metro Thursday night into Friday morning. The pattern is very unsettled into early next week.
