The fire at a northeast Oklahoma City home was extinguished, authorities said Friday morning.
The house is located in the 1300 block of Northeast 50th Street.
According to the first fire crew on the scene, the attic was the source of the fire.
Firefighters reported two adults and one child were in the home.
They were sleeping but were awakened by their smoke alarms.
All three people evacuated safely. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
