Broccoli Rice Stuffed Mushrooms
Reheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Saute the ham and leftover broccoli rice casserole in a skillet till warmed completely. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set on the baking sheet. Add spoonfuls of the ham and broccoli mixture to the center of the mushrooms. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
