Citrus Seasoning Blend

Citrus Seasoning Blend

1/2 cup fleur de sel or kosher salt
3 “rounds” dried citrus
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or Herbes de Provence
1/2 teaspoon green peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Place all of the ingredients in a Peppermill or grind up using a food processor until finally mixed.

Store in an airtight container.
