Preliminary Hearings Begin In Del City Fire Deaths Case

Stephanie Dunham, a Del City woman charged in the deaths of her three children, waived her rights to a preliminary hearing Friday morning and pleaded not guilty to child neglect.  Dunham's husband, Christopher, did not waive his right to a preliminary hearing and that hearing began Friday.
