Hundreds of winter sports fanatics wearing nothing but swimsuits braved the cold during the Boogel Woogel festival in Russia on Saturday. Participants traveled from all over the country to take part in the annual alpine event, held on a ski slope at Krasnaya Polyana, near the Black Sea resort of Sochi. A controversial lawsuit will be the main topic of discussion at Monday night's Tulsa Public Schools board meeting. The Oklahoma State Board of Education recently settled a four-year-old lawsuit with the Oklahoma Public Charter School Association, which will give more funding to the state's charter schools. TPS Superintendent Dr. Deborah Gist has called the state board's decision "illegal and unethical." Nearly two weeks ago, Dr. Gist said she was looking at taking legal action against the state
