The City of Tulsa has announced that the Permit Center will stay closed through the end of March. Anyone in Tulsa who needs to get a permit for an activity in the city will need to use the online portal. To visit the online portal, Click Here. There are some exceptions for those who need permits for commercial priority review, commercial or residential repair or demolition and certificate of occupancy. Anyone who needs one of those will need to email their applications to cotdevsvcs@cityoftulsa.
