The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a marijuana case against Colorado filed by Oklahoma and Nebraska.
Attorney General Scott Pruitt made the decision to sue the state of Colorado over legalized marijuana, saying the drug was flooding into Oklahoma.
The justices declined to hear the case. The six justices who voted not to hear the case are not commenting Monday in dismissing the lawsuit. There are no lower court decisions in the case because disputes between the states go directly to the Supreme Court.

Pruitt's lawsuit claimed Colorado's commercialized marijuana system violates the Constitution. He also said marijuana bought in Colorado was being illegally trafficked into neighboring states including Oklahoma.
Nebraska's attorney general also sued the state.
