Soldier Who Died In Iraq Honored In Dignified Transfer To Dover Air Force Base
<p>The remains of Spc. Ryan D. Riley arrived early Tuesday morning at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. Riley died on April 20 in Ninawa Province, Iraq from a non-combat related incident. The incident is under investigation. Riley was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 32nd Field Artillery.
