Gov. Stitt Meets 4-Year-Old Kidney Transplant Recipient
<p>Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt met 4-year-old Laney Culpepper Monday. Stitt signed a bill that would stop insurers from denying or raising rates for organ donors.
