Cushing Lake Closed Indefinitely, Water Levels Receding After Dam Breach
<p>Water continues to rapidly drain from a breach in the Cushing Lake Dam. City officials on Monday were able to get a better look at what's happening. The breach is in the concrete spillway and water has been leaking since at least Sunday morning.</p>Monday, August 19th 2019, 6:46 pm
