Two men were taken into custody after a shooting at Memorial Road Church of Christ on Monday.

Cameron Curry, 18, was arrested on complaints of pointing a firearm and marijuana possesion. Grant Curry, 23, was arrested on a marijuana possesion complaint.

No one was injured in the shooting Monday night. The church was hosting a basketball game between members of the congregation and the community. After getting into a conflict on the court, the men were asked to leave. One shot was fired as the fight continued in the parking lot.

"Some folks showed up who had a conflict outside our facility at sometime in the past," Minister Mark Taylor said.  "They stopped in our parking lot and then the altercation escalated."

Oklahoma City Police were called and roped off the scene and searched for the men involved in the dispute.

"The subject went back up north," Capt. Billy Walls said. "There was a confrontation there, some stuff was found in the car and at this time it's being processed."

The church is now reviewing its security policy.

We're not going to let this stop us from doing ministry," Taylor said. "But we will make some changes to make it the safest environment possible."

The church said that's it's held basketball games for at least four years, and the Monday's altercation was the first time an incident like that has happened.

The men were not members of the congregation, nor were they part of the congregation's inner city ministry.
