OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma businessman, who is testifying in a federal corruption trial, said he can name at least 34 others involved in political corruption.

According to Sunday's edition of The Oklahoman, Steve Phipps made the claim in court documents.

Phipps is at the center of an FBI investigation. The list became public during testimony last week in the corruption trial of former state Rep. Randall Erwin.

Phipps has admitted giving kickbacks to Erwin in exchange for Erwin steering taxpayer money to Phipps' businesses.

Among the names Phipps lists are Senate President Pro Tempore Mike Morgan and former State auditor Clifton Scott.

NEWS 9 legal analyst Irven Box said with the new names, there could be more prosecutions down the road.

"I'd be worried if that occurred if I were these people to start with. Now, does that mean they're guilty? Of course it doesn't, but already a couple of these people have gotten attorneys," Box said.

Erwin's trial resumes Monday, the jury is in deliberations.
