OKLAHOMA CITY -- In today's competitive job market, applicants have to do what it takes to stand out in the crowd and play up their strong points.

Many people seeking jobs are in their prime, including those in their thirties, forties, and fifties. Sharon Ferguson of Oklahoma City's Career Executive Options said she sees many clients who have racked up decades of experience, but who need help setting themselves above others while not looking too old.
